Rabbit Through Glass
Rabbit Through Glass, ca. 2000s
A beautifully crafted illusion rooted in the classic Thayer/Owen tradition but from a more recent unknown maker. A rabbit—or any small object—visibly passes through what appears to be a solid pane of circular glass. The glass is mounted in an ornate wooden frame with scrollwork detailing and rests on a turned wooden base. A striking display piece that doubles as a real fooler. You can substitute the rabbit with silks, a wand, or even your own hand.
Measures 26 inches tall. Solidly built and in very good condition. A great addition to any collection of stage apparatus.
