Widely regarded as one of the finest card frame effects produced. Two selected playing cards appear back-to-back, sandwiched between twin glass plates housed within a wooden frame. At the moment of appearance, a flash bulb mounted to the frame fires, providing a dramatic visual punctuation. The apparatus may be held by a spectator during operation and is fully examinable.

Complete with original instructions, test lamp, 7 flash bulbs, trigger/release mechanism, and original custom wooden packing case. Number 15 of approximately 50 units manufactured.

Spring and shutter mechanism that delivers cards between glass fully tested and operational. Battery operated flash bulb not tested and likely in need of service. A true piece of magic history. Wear consistent with age; very good condition overall.
