Every item we ship is packed with the same care we give to the pieces in our own collection. We use sturdy boxes, ample cushioning, and protective materials chosen specifically for the item at hand. Whenever necessary, we double-box delicate apparatus and secure loose components to prevent movement in transit. Instructions, ephemera, and other paper materials are placed in protective sleeves to keep them flat and safe.

Our goal is simple: We want your order to arrive exactly as expected—ready to display, study, or perform.

Packing:

All orders ship via FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS) on weekdays during business hours. Most orders go out within 24 hours and often the same day. To ensure safe arrival, orders over $500 are shipped with signature confirmation.

International Shipping: In addition to the U.S. we currently ship to Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and the U.K. Please contact us for shipping arrangements to other countries.

Carriers:

As a small, hands-on shop, we do our best to send orders promptly. Occasionally, delays happen when we’re off hunting for rare treasures or attending magic events. If a delay occurs, we’ll let you know right away and offer a full refund if the timing no longer works for you.

U.S. orders ship for a flat $10 fee. While this amount reflects only a portion of the true costs of careful packing and secure shipment, it allows us to absorb much of that expense while upholding the standards of care we believe in. Rush shipping available upon request; additional fees apply.

International shipping is temporarily paused while we review recent changes in international import charges. We look forward to offering international delivery again in the future.

Delivery Fees:

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. ACH Direct Debit is available for purchases over $250. Flexible payment options are also available through Klarna.
