A decorated Chinese-style cabinet and a tall glass of water are shown. The glass is placed inside and locked at center. Four steel blades are thrust through the cabinet, followed by a solid pole driven side to side—leaving no apparent space within. The blades and pole are withdrawn; the front is opened to reveal the glass still secured in position. The water is poured to conclude.
Handsome, deceptive apparatus. A proven fooler. May be worked close-up and surrounded. You supply the water.
