Memory Test Card Trick. American, ca. 1940s.
Pocket card effect in which a Deuce and two Threes of Hearts are displayed and placed on the table. When the cards are gathered, one of the Threes apparently changes into the Ace of Hearts. Accomplished with three specially printed cards.
Includes the three cards and original illustrated instruction envelope. Also accompanied by a period “Air Raid Warden” novelty card found inside the envelope, though not believed to have been originally issued with the trick. Light toning and wear from age; very good condition overall.
