Vanishing Cane (Deluxe, Swedish Steel). Russ Walsh, ca. 1950s–1960s.
Deluxe spring cane by Russ Walsh, constructed of tempered Swedish steel for a fast, reliable vanish. The cane collapses instantly into a compact coil, suitable for bare-hand vanishes or transformations into silks or other productions. Includes original box marked “Deluxe” and “Swedish Steel,” with metal tip and removable metal end cap. A well-made and less commonly encountered Walsh example. Light wear to finish and minor oxidation to metal components. Very good condition.
