Jack Hughes’ version of the classic Dove Through Glass effect, in which a dove visibly penetrates a solid pane of glass suspended within an open frame. Constructed in painted wood with Art Deco styling.
From the collection of William V. Rauscher (1932–2024), who owned and performed the apparatus. Accompanied by a custom red travel case made by Rauscher and bearing his promotional label. Light wear consistent with age and use. Very good condition overall. Includes case. Scarce.
